We closed the mountain on Sunday and took everything down on Monday. Thus ends one of the worst seasons Crested Butte has ever had... good thing it was our first one living here... sheesh.
Things can only get better from here right? Unless Al Gore is right... and Crested Butte turns into a high desert due to lack of moisture.
Of course it has snowed pretty much every day since we closed. Irony at its best.
On to the mud season....
